I can able to move other users card by selecting and moving along with my(owned) card

That’s a great find. Yeah, if you select multiple cards (a mix of ones you own and don’t own) in an open space, you can drag the selected cards around if you drag on top of one of your cards. If you drag with your cursor on another person’s cards, you can’t move the group.
I guess the expected behavior would be that you can move around only your cards, so maybe the cards that aren’t yours get removed from the selection?
