Not sure whether I understand its function. Is this a color picker and should it do something? When I click on it, nothing happens (Windows, Vivaldi).

how did you get this color picker to open? if it’s from the kinopio color picker, then changing the color in this picker, Should change the kinopio color picker. This allows you to fine tune things.
That said, input type=color is pretty flaky irl

ohh that is the chrome native eye dropper button, in theory if you click it , and then click anywhere on screen you should get the color of the thing you clcked on.

Yeah, but it does not do anything :(.
I mean, I am familiar with this type of color picker . But there seems to be a bug or something else (maybe on browser’s side?) that causes that this one does not do anything. Otherwise selecting any color works well!
