Hmm I’m not able to repro on my iPhone. The scrolling works as expected there. I tried it in browser and in the kinopio app
Does this work on other spaces maybe?
Will upload video sometimes you can end up scrolling the background and the what’s new dialog is still active. It’s probably made rare and you can get control back eventually if you not so swipe happy

I think this was just an oddity that sometimes happens if you tap and stuff to fast, nothing to fix
