while the youtube is playing if you drag a connection from the card into space to create a card, it autofills with the timestamp link.
Logseq has this functionality, and it is invoked with a macro. So maybe this can also be invoked by a keyboard command (once you introduce that functionality). I can see it being tedious to have to mouse all the way up to the video to drag just to get the timestamp.
