How do I change my billing card?

I sent an email Jan 6th (to with this question but didn’t hear back, so posting here instead incase anyone else knows!

I’d like to change the payment card associated with the subscription on one of my kinopio accounts. I don’t see an option in the billing settings, but I do see the option to cancel a subscription (“Downgrade to Free”): are there any side effects associated with cancelling my subscription, or can I confidently cancel and then resubscribe with my new payment information?
