Is this okay my pan don’t really work in diagonal directions, seems to move only horizontal and vertical. Is this constrained by the web-mater and browsers? I see figma moves nice, but it’s UI works on webGL and it should be different?

when you say pan do you mean just regular scrolling with a trackpad? if so, that behaves just like every other webpage

I think what @bbbbbgdn expects is to be able to pan with a two-finger drag in arbitrary directions—not just horizontally or vertically. Like other spatial canvas apps (Figma, Excalidraw, tldraw, Kosmik, etc).
On mobile, you can pan in any direction by dragging, though.
@bbbbbgdn as a workaround, you can hold space bar and then drag your cursor to pan in
