Bug with images: [<->] overlaps [o] (Windows)

A weird bug: when I upload an image, <-> overlaps [o], see the image:

After I resize the image a little bit, it displays properly. However, sometimes when I open the space, it reverts back.

def something i’ve seen and want to fix, (probably related to needing an img onload handler to update positioning)

this is hard to repro, but i’ve added a possible fix for this. lmk if you see it again

Actually, I see it very often. I will try to make a video when it again occurs.

when u upload an image from your hard drive you mean? have you seen this bug again since it was reported fixed^?

Yes, I have. However, not as often as before. I will try to make a screenshot when it appears again.

I just reproduced it twice by using the browser/client upload mechanism (edit dialog, style, flower icon, Upload button – versus drag and drop):
