I am using now my tablet through Duet app as a second display and thus I got touch controls on Windows (with Vivaldi). I can make connections between cards, move canvas and edit cards with touch but I cannot move cards with touch or paint.
What is the experience of others? 
Especially those with built-in touchscreen on their Windows devices?
Maybe it is just an issue of my app / my setup?
