When using the PWA app on iPad/iPhone there seems to be some syncing issues that don’t occur on the same device in the browser. I’ve experience some lost cards and some spaces where only the first few characters of random cards were saved.
Feels like it might be an iOS bug based on my experience with Roam’s PWA and using Kinopio without trouble on iOS in the browser rather than the PWA.
Additional error messaging was added to catch cases that could lead to data loss. Let me know if you see this issue again
The PWA has become unusable on iPad for me basically, unfortunately.
I tried deleting and reinstalling on iPhone, but noticed it passes the space url now rather than just Kinopio, which I’m pretty sure it used to…
Doubt it could be related, but just thought I’d point it out.
And I’m pretty sure I’m doing correctly. Clicking the share sheet button after opening to this screen:
Hmm try clicking the ‘desktop’ and ‘mobile’ at the top of the dialog to reset the url, that might be a bug
That worked—and as I expected, sync works again for me after deleting and redownloading…
fixed the bug preventing the url from updating
